Join Adriana at Salt Room Henderson for an evening of soothing yin yoga, essential oils, and salt therapy.
Yin yoga is a gentle practice in which poses are held for long periods of time so that your body can slowly stretch and release your muscles and connective tissues. The addition of essential oils and halotherapy will bring your mind, body, and spirit into balance and leave you feeling replenished and nurtured from within.
You’ll leave with a deep sense of wellbeing and tranquility.
